2. Hosting

The content of our website is hosted by an external service provider on servers located in Germany. Personal data collected on this website is stored on the host's servers — in particular IP addresses, contact requests, meta and communication data. Hosting is carried out for the purpose of contract performance with our potential and existing customers (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and in the interest of secure, fast and efficient provision of our online offering (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). A data processing agreement (DPA) pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the hosting provider.

3. General Information

SSL / TLS Encryption

For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, this site uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the "https://" prefix in the browser address bar and the lock symbol. When encryption is active, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.

Storage Period

Unless a more specific storage period is stated within this privacy policy, your personal data will remain with us until the purpose for processing no longer applies. If you assert a justified request for deletion or revoke your consent, your data will be deleted unless statutory retention periods apply.

4. Data Collection on This Website

Cookies

Our website uses only technically necessary cookies required for the proper operation of the site. There is no tracking or profiling for advertising purposes. Technically necessary cookies are stored on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Server Log Files

The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us: browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL, hostname of the accessing computer, time of the server request and the IP address. This data is not merged with other data sources. Collection is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for the purpose of error-free and secure operation.

Contact Form and E-mail

If you contact us via the contact form or by e-mail, your details including the contact data you provide will be stored to process your request. Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR. The technical delivery of these messages is handled via the Resend service (see section 5).

5. External Services

Google Maps

On our contact page we use the Google Maps mapping service. Provider: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Using Google Maps requires processing your IP address, which is generally transmitted to and stored on a Google server in the USA. Use is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Transfer to the USA is based on the EU Commission's standard contractual clauses. More: https://policies.google.com/privacy.

Google Fonts

This site uses Google Fonts for consistent typography. When a page is loaded, your browser loads the required fonts from Google servers, by which Google learns that our website was accessed via your IP address. Use is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Sanity (Content Management)

The content of this website is managed and delivered via the Sanity content management system (Sanity.io, EU region). As a rule, no personal data of website visitors is processed; processing serves the technical provision of content on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Stripe (Payment Processing)

For processing payments (e.g. ordering our AI-website service) we use the payment provider Stripe. The provider for EU customers is Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Grand Canal Dock, Dublin, Ireland. Payment data you enter is processed directly by Stripe; we do not store any card details. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. More: https://stripe.com/privacy.

Resend (E-mail Delivery)

For the technical delivery of contact and confirmation e-mails we use the Resend service (Resend, Inc., USA). The contact data provided in the form is processed for the purpose of delivering the message. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR; any transfer to the USA is based on the EU standard contractual clauses.

Within the framework of applicable law you have the right at any time to:
