1. Scope
These terms apply to all orders placed through vimtech.de for AI-generated website creation.
2. Service
VIMTECH Labs GmbH creates a website based on the customer's inputs in the order form. Delivery is provided as a source-code ZIP within 24 hours of payment.
3. Price and Payment
The price is €1,000 including statutory VAT. Payment is made online via Stripe before service delivery.
4. Delivery
Delivery is made by email within 24 hours of successful payment receipt. In case of delay, the customer will be informed.
5. Right of Withdrawal
As this is an individually-tailored digital service, the right of withdrawal expires once work begins, in accordance with § 356(5) BGB. By placing the order, you expressly consent to performance beginning before the withdrawal period expires.
6. Code Ownership
Upon full payment, the customer receives full usage rights to the delivered source code.
7. Liability
VIMTECH Labs is liable in cases of slight negligence only up to the order amount (€1,000). Damages caused by incorrect customer inputs are excluded.
8. Privacy
Your data is processed according to our Privacy Policy.
9. Jurisdiction
Place of jurisdiction is Trier, Germany. German law applies.
